Our Automatic Intensive driving course- course can reduce the time it takes to pass the driving test.
Our Automatic intensive driving lessons are offered by local driving instructors to the chosen test centre. Your Instructor has skills knowledge & expertise and so giving the pupil the best chance of passing the driving test first time attempt. The instructor can also provide pupils with local knowledge of the test routes.
Our Intensive driving courses are taken over consecutive days. Also course can be split to work around pupil's availability.
We include weekends and evenings at no extra cost.

We don't store credit or debit card details . We don't we share customer details with any 3rd parties

Refunds: Cancellation of blocks of lessons can be refunded: Once it has been established how many lessons have been taken from the block .

Refunds Policy on blocks of lessons is the difference of the FULL NORMAL CHARGEABLE RATE OF THE LESSON and the remaining hours.

We aim to process refunds within soon as possible.. Please be aware that it may take longer to appear on your bank statement.

Pupils are required to be in possession of a valid driving licence. Please if there are any changes to your licence: need to inform your instructor.

Lesson Appointment Sheet.

You will be offered an appointment card. Please ensure you bring your appointment card-record sheet with you for each lesson. Your appointment card-sheet also acts as your receipt for blocks of lessons paid for
- and pupils - will be required to sign for each lesson taken.
If you require a written receipt then please contact your instructor. Note that receipts will only be issued for money received .

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel a lesson and not be charged. You must inform your instructor you wish to cancel and NOT the driving school. Please inform your instructors _if you are cancelling the lesson at a reasonable time of the day!

If pupil is LATE for a lesson then the - lesson will still finish at the originally agreed time. No discount will be given nor will the time be extended or made up.

Agreed pickup,- drop off - as normal
However -
If pupil _ you change your pick up or drop off point without sufficient notice it may not be possible to give you the full lesson duration however you will still be charged for the time booked. Only local changes to pick up & drop of considered.
Most Instructor have connecting lessons - they need time to drive up to next booked pupil.
So it is very unlikely to change pickup drop from normal agreed - as it'll make other booked pupils late

Gift vouchers should be started & finished within 6 months of receipt.

Payment for Block Bookings should be paid in full prior to the lessons commencing. Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer to Driving School or by credit or debit card. All pupils - Please note - cash paid to instructor is the responsibility of both the pupil and instructor BUT not the school until such time as the driving school receives it.

Please pay your instructor at start - beginning of each lesson. Credit not be accepted under any circumstances. It is responsibility of pupil to ensure pupil have sufficient cash to pay for their lessons.

The minimum fee for the use of the car is two full hour driving lessons for a local test centre. This covers the instructor driving you to the test, the use of the car on the test and then being driven home. We do not offer discounts on this TEST DAY FEE price.

The instructor has the right to REFUSE of the use of their car for lessons for public safety reasons
Also instructor has right to REFUSE USE OF tuitiuon car for driving tests -
" should the pupil be unfit to drive " or in the instructors opinion under-prepared for the test.

We accept no responsibility for documents or to remind you when tests are due.
Pupil need to remember their own test date & time and ensure its correct & check their email for any dvsa updates or changes to test dates - & be having regular lessons with their instructor if they wish to agree on use of tuition vehicle.
Tuition Vehicle Reservation for Test Day -
Pupils required to prepay cash in full - test day fee and then ask their instructor the reserve a booking (in instructor diary).
Test dates can only be marked booked into an instructor diary AFTER pupil's makes a full cash payment.
No payment means no reservation.
No payment upfront means - no test day booking of tuition vehicle.
Informing an instructor of your test date & time is good - but to " reserve a tuition vehicle". pupil must pay upfront test day fee in cash.

Please ensure you the pupil have all the relevant documentation needed for the test you are going to take. Its pupils responsibility to bring provisional driving licence & face mask & pen & any other documents.

We take every care to ensure that when it comes to taking a test you will be with the same instructor and car. However from time to time it may be that we (or yourself ) may have to arrange an alternative due to circumstances outside our control such as mechanical breakdown or instructor unavailability or illness. Every effort will be made to minimise the disruption.

We - the driving school are not responsible for changes to tests or cancellations made by the DSA.

No other persons will be allowed in the car during lessons. We do not allow additional passengers in the tuition vehicle during a professional driving lesson.
Our insurance only covers your instructor the pupil in the car - no-one else is permitted.

All Gift Vouchers, regardless of when they were issued, have a 6 month expiration.
This means that the first gift-voucher lesson MUST be taken within 1 month of the voucher issue date and the lessons are then valid for 6 months after the first lesson is taken
No cash equivalent is available for vouchers.

Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser of the voucher and then only using the original payment method (credit/debit card payments will be refunded onto the card).

Gift vouchers are not transferable.
