Pupils accept that driving instructor can terminate a lesson
for public safety reasons - where a pupil fails to follow instructions
argues-is rude to other drivers -rude to public & pedestrians
critises good driving practice - criticises highway code regulations
seen to be deliberately damaging the tuition vehicle
criticising driving instructor - rude and disrespectful to driving instructor
fails to bring lesson fee cash - no cash = no lesson = no test
repeatedly intentionally mounts pavement or damages tyres deliberately
during lesson - pupil making derogatory comments about instructor
to other drivers or pedestrians - through driver window
pupil- criticising approved dvsa teaching methods & good driving practice
pupil repeatedly driving to close to pedestrians -cycles and vulnerable road users
repeatedly jumping amber - red traffic lights even after being cautioned by instructror
failing to give way & stop safely at pelican crossings - pedestrian crossings
making rude or racist taunts -asian hate remarks at instructor during lessons
pupil cold - unresponsive aloof haughty racist attitude an harsh blunt tone voice
New pupil first lesson claiming to be extremely worried and nervous driver but then same pupil not driven past 9 months demanding bullying to go Motorway Dual carriageway High speed driving
within 5 minutes of lesson starting - ridiculous
Nervous pupils causing road safety & public safety issues lessons will be terminated
We don't accept nervous pupils due to risk of dangerous & reckless driving by pupil

Pupil throwing items - pebbles at pedestrians and road users whilst driving from driver open window
Pupil have a shouting match with other drivers and waving fist at other drivers - pedestrians
