Refresher Driving Lessons - Automatic Car

Learning to drive can be an enjoyable challenge. Your  automatic lessons will be full of positive ups, some downs, moments. But pure joy opf driving at time and times when it feels like nothing is going right in heavy traffic Sometimes it can be  Long road OR A SHORT TIME AN -INSPIRED EARLY SUCCESS PASS  from novice driver to license holder. To pass your driving test is a  one of the most exciting experience and memory to remember.

Once you’ve passed your test and are SAVING UP-BOUGHT YOUR CAR -  AND able to own a car, it opens up RESPONSIBILITIES AND possibilities - a life changing event. For many reasons, some pupils ma  need extra tuition to improve upon areas of their driving they are need more confidence with. The extra lessons  after you’ve passed your test are called  refresher driving lessons and are increasingly popular.

Candidates for Refresher Driving Lessons

1.  Full License Holders -  Haven’t Driven for a  Period of Time

There are lots of drivers who own a driver’s license  - currently don’t drive on a regular. Getting behind the wheel after a period of driving inactivity is daunting - extra tuition usually a smart decision to regain skills and confidence.

2   Drivers - Been Involved  Road Traffic Accident 

Road accidents  traumatising for drivers -  lose of confidence in driving ability following  - incident and so refresher driving lessons are great  way to regain confidence and help  get back on the road -safely.

3.  Drivers -  Require Lessons To Improve Confidence

Passing driving test - not automatically make expert driver.  refresher driving lessons can provide the extra driving skills to drive on a full time basis with complete confidence.

4.  Required By Law

If disqualified from driving or  accumulated points on  license - courts may compel driver to - certain number of refresher lessons, before being  drive again- you must complete the mandatory number of hours.

How Many Lessons Do I Need 

The total lessons  - varies from person to person. Also  depends on which areas & how many areas of your driving you want to improve. Can be as little  6 hours of tuition  -  taken in 2 hour blocks. Individuals can request further tuition - after end initial booking, if they do not feel ready to get behind the wheel.

Skills To Work On During Refresher Lesson

- any area of driving pupil don’t feel confident with. If there’s no specific skill -can  tidy up your driving in general. Typical areas drivers work on in refresher lessons :

1.  Basic Motorway Driving ( minimum 2hour each lesson  - £80 ). Local M25 Practice 

Driving on MOTORWAYS for long distances needs experience and concentration- drivers who don’t feel safe on these roads -  change lanes at speed - overtaking  -  judging your own speed :  several aspects of motorway driving - drivers may struggle with - refresher lessons can make a big difference. We offer M25 local motorway practice  - joining - leaving  - slip roads - lane changes - appropriate speeds & motorway  signage & hazards. Overtaking Practice when necessary & safe to do so and within the speed limits.

1a. Intermediate Motorway Driving Lesson 2hr £100 cash

Covers Brentwood Upminster & Thurrock Lakeside M25 Motoway - jucntions 28  29 & Lakeside thurrock junction,

( excludes Queen Elizabeth Bridge- Excludes Dartford crossing  M25 Junctions - due to toll charge & excesive congestion )

2.  Driving at  Night  & Adverse Conditions      £ 60   2hr

Easy to drive when the weather & road surface conditions are good - when visibility  impaired for example at night, or when the weather is rain-snow-sleet- bad weather  - driving safely can become difficult. Drivers who struggle to drive in unfavourable -rough weather-road conditions, refresher lessons can help.

3.  Driving - Town Centres

 Busy town centres requires extra concentration. Pedestrians -disabled - vulnerable road users - everywhere and  oncoming traffic f multiple locations  - potential hazards at every turning, DRIVERS find it difficult- hazardous  to drive through the city-centre of towns. A set of refresher lessons focus on driving roads are busy,  increase confidence  -we can when combine with a defensive driving course.

​

4.  Parking - Reversing 

Parking and reversing in driving and it can take time  to get it right. Drivers who have passed their test, want help in these areas   -helps caking refresher driving lessons.
